Customer Acquisition Costs

Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC): We know to check the costs of our latest paid ad marketing campaign and recalculate how these costs relate with respect to the number of new paying customers obtained through these campaigns. Basically, the CAC can be calculated by simply dividing all the paid ad costs spent on acquiring more customers by the number of customers acquired in the period the money was spent on paid ads.
